Functionality Starver X works by binding and removing dissolved phosphates from pool water—key nutrients that algae require to grow and spread. Once treated, phosphate levels are significantly reduced, making it much harder for algae to form even under warm or high-use conditions.

The treatment integrates with your filtration system and sanitiser, improving overall water balance and helping chlorine work more efficiently. In most cases, water clarity improves within 24 hours of application.
