Successor to the in.touch 2, the in.touch 3+ retains the core features of the in.touch 3: remote spa control via the Gecko Smart Spa Control app (iOS or Android), long-range RF connection, and simple plug-and-play installation with no network setup required.

What sets it apart is the integration with Gecko Waterlab (sold separately), enabling continuous monitoring of water quality. You can control your spa’s temperature, pumps, lights, music, filtration cycles, and energy-saving modes, while receiving real-time alerts and maintenance recommendations based on water conditions.

The interface module includes two transceivers: one connects to the spa via a CO port, the other plugs into your home router using the included Ethernet cable. The system uses RF radio waves instead of direct Wi-Fi, providing a strong, stable connection with extended range—no repeater needed. This means you stay connected to your spa, even in areas with weak Wi-Fi coverage.

The in.touch 3+ requires no complex network configuration. Once installed, it connects automatically to Gecko’s cloud servers for remote updates and ongoing compatibility with future app versions. When paired with Gecko Waterlab, it continuously receives data from a probe placed in a sensor chamber beneath the spa. Temperature, pH, and ORP values are analyzed in real time, and the app provides accurate water treatment recommendations—without the need for test strips or manual checks.

Compatibility
Gecko control systems: in.ye (in.ye-3, in.ye-3-V3, in.ye-5), in.yj (in.yj-3), and in.yt ( in.yt-7) — versions 2 and 3.
It is not compatible with in.xm2, in.xe, or older control box models.

The in.touch 3+ uses port 10022 to connect to the internet. On some routers, this port may be closed by default — especially with providers like Starlink. If the connection fails, feel free to contact your internet service provider to check your router’s settings.
