Description

A free standing pool pump & filter enclosure includes a rear panel with wooden insert to mount equipment, providing a fully enclosed structure on all sides.
Best suited for installations where there is ample space around the equipment and gives a place to mount the electrics, ensuring full protection and sound insulation.
If your control equipment is mounted to a wall or the enclosure needs to be mounted within 50mm of the back, consider a backless model to allow room for the lid to open to the rear.

Assembly time from just 15 minutes, no tools or handiwork experience needed.

Crafted from durable 0.9mm thick Galvanised (BlueScope™) steel, our pool pump and filter enclosures weigh between 60 and 100 kg. Finished with dense Dulux Colorbond™ powder coating, they’re designed not to rust for over 15 years. All external and internal accessories are either galvanised or made of solid stainless steel.

Featuring a 20mm thick dressed pine timber piece on the rear panel on the Free Standing models for easy affixing of controller units, Chlorinators, and Power Points/GPOs.

25mm ventilation gaps at the front and back ensure proper airflow, protecting your equipment.

Rear ventilation gaps allow for conduits/wirings to pass through, while the lid can be completely removed for servicing larger equipment. The front door is fully removable, with no bars across the middle, allowing for unhindered access into the box.

20mm thick Acoustic Foam (29/400 grade) is affixed internally on every panel, reducing noise by up to 80%.

Designed with child safety features and lockable options, meeting all state and council requirements.

How To Measure

To ensure a perfect fit and easy installation, please note that the measurements provided for each pool pump & filter enclosure are external measurements.

Internal and External Measurements:
The internal measurements on a free standing box (to accommodate the panel bends and the acoustic foam) are approximately 50mm less (25mm per wall) less than the external measurements. This means you can accurately gauge the space needed for your equipment based on the external dimensions provided.

Concrete Slab Allowance:
If you are placing your Acoustic Box on a concrete slab, it is advisable to allow for an additional 10-20mm on all sides of the slab. This extra space ensures that the box fits comfortably and accounts for any slight irregularities in the slab dimensions.

Lid Clearance:
The lid of the Standard Acoustic Box requires 50mm of clearance to fully open. When placing the box against a wall or other hard surfaces, please ensure this clearance is available to avoid any obstruction when accessing your equipment. If there is not a minimum of 50mm consider a Backless or Deep Backless option.
